Functional / Technical Project Manager (Coupa Spend Management Platform) Job ID: 2744143 Position Type: Full-time Must Have Experience: Senior Functional / Technical Project Manager with 15 years or more (Logical Thinker) Senior Functional / Technical Project Manager with Coupa Spend Management Platform experience 20+ years’ experience as Project Manager Functional 70% / Technical 30% Experience as Project Manager who has managed stakeholders, teams, setting vendor expectations, providing solutions, running governance, running workshops, tracking progress, and has Coupa or Ariba type P2P system implementation experience Experience with Procure to Pay systems like Coupa or Ariba Experience Smart Selling with Product Knowledge Experience with managing Integration / Implementation of Coupa Projects Experience overseeing Coupa Spend Management Platform or any Procurement Vendor Management Platform: example (Ariba) Experience with Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Management Will be responsible that the deployments are aligned with the application Job Summary : The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa Spend Management Platform, including integration with existing vendor and customer management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement technology, stakeholder management, and enterprise system integration. Key Responsibilities : Lead the full lifecycle of Coupa implementation projects, from planning to go-live and post-deployment support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, IT, and external vendors. Manage integration of Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and vendor/customer management platforms. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure data migration, system configuration, and user acceptance testing are executed effectively. Facilitate change management and training programs for end-users. Monitor project KPIs and report progress to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred). 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Coupa implementation. Proven experience integrating Coupa with vendor/customer management systems and ERP platforms. Strong understanding of procurement processes, spend analytics, and supplier lifecycle management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Management. Experience working in global, matrixed organizations. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
