Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager
to lead a
global eProcurement SaaS implementation, with Coupa as the primary platform . The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience with Coupa, Ariba, GEP, or similar eProcurement SaaS platforms
and be a strong
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes . This role requires balancing
program management leadership, business process expertise, and technical integration oversight
for a high-visibility global transformation.
Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership
Lead global Coupa rollout with phased deployments across regions. Define and manage governance structure, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Align program execution with
shared services migration, BPO transitions, and ERP transformation . Manage global vendors, system integrators, and regional business stakeholders. Functional & Business Process Expertise
Act as
SME in Procure-to-Pay processes
across requisitions, POs, invoicing, accruals, supplier enablement, and expenses. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and drive global process harmonization. Ensure alignment with
finance month-end close cycles
and compliance with local statutory/tax rules. Oversee functional design and validate solution delivery against business needs. Technical & Integration Oversight
Oversee ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, or regional ERPs) with Coupa or similar SaaS. Define and execute
data migration
(supplier master, open POs, invoices, catalogs). Collaborate with middleware teams (CTX, MuleSoft, Boomi) for interface delivery. Direct testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect-free production cutover. Stakeholder & Change Management
Act as primary liaison between
Procurement, Finance, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors . Drive
supplier onboarding and enablement campaigns
globally. Oversee user adoption, training, and change management. Provide
executive reporting with RAG dashboards and KPIs . Deliverables & Success Measures
Global Coupa deployment delivered per approved country roadmap. 80% supplier onboarding per go-live wave. Zero
critical go-live defects
in ERP and finance integrations. Demonstrated cost savings via automation and process efficiency. Smooth transition to
steady-state operations and AMS/BPO support . Required Qualifications
10+ years in IT & business project management. 5+ years delivering
procurement/finance systems globally . Implementation experience with
Coupa (preferred), Ariba, GEP, or equivalent SaaS platforms . Deep
SME knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) . ERP integration experience (Oracle/SAP). Proven global stakeholder and vendor/SI management. Strong executive reporting and communication skills. PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred. Preferred Skills
Shared services and
BPO transition project experience . Supplier enablement and catalog management expertise. Knowledge of
global compliance and procurement regulatory requirements . Experience with master data governance and data migration.
