Cutting-edge AI startup that recently rocketed to unicorn status is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their VP of Engineering and VP of Product. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team that has scaled from 20 to 150 people in just 10 months after securing major Series C funding. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to the VPs to ensure their time is leveraged through calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel planning. Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and organizational framework. This is an in-office role based in downtown SF. 110-130K+ DOE + equity, fully covered benefits, 401k, flexible PTO and meals provided.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the two VPs.
Proactively manage calendars and schedules to ensure priorities are handled smoothly and time is used effectively.
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, events, and logistics to keep everything running seamlessly.
Act as a point of contact between the executive, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring information flows clearly and efficiently.
Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, gathering materials, and making sure follow-ups and action items are completed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Experience in tech, startups, or finance/VC is preferred.
Reliable, organized, and consistent, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills to keep leadership updated and ensure alignment across teams and projects.
Proactive and eager to grow, with a genuine interest in learning, improving processes, and helping both yourself and the executive succeed.
Bring energy, drive, and passion to the role, thriving in positions where your contributions make a real impact.
Authentic and approachable, able to build trust easily and work well with a variety of people.
