Zuora System Administrator Why We Have This Role
The Finance Systems Administrator maintains the integrity, security, and efficiency of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Zuora Billing and Subscription Management and Revenue Recognition. This role aligns our subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems with organizational objectives. Within the IT Systems team, you will collaborate with global finance, sales, and systems teams to drive enhancements that support financial strategy and business growth. How You’ll Find Success
Builder: Demonstrate resilience and decision-making in complex situations, seek guidance, and thoroughly document solutions. Pacesetter: Independently identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization across functions with self-motivation and initiative. Finisher: Own and execute projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders for timely implementation. Thinker and troubleshooter: Be a strong problem solver in a dynamic subscription billing environment. Take on increasing responsibilities and leadership opportunities within a growing finance systems team. Develop specialized expertise in finance systems, focusing on Zuora and related financial platforms. Enhance system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration skills in a complex enterprise environment. Collaborate across diverse teams to drive significant business impact. Things You’ll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management, administering and governing the platform. Lead end-user support, advanced troubleshooting, configuration, user provisioning, and role-based access management in Zuora. Automate finance workflows involving subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within Zuora. Document and maintain procedures, policies, and system configurations for Zuora and integrations. Maintain a global perspective, fostering connections across departments to achieve results and enhance system effectiveness. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional fluency in English. 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration with significant Zuora expertise. Proven Zuora configurations experience (product catalog, subscriptions, billing rules, payment gateways, revenue recognition). Experience with Zuora-ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite) preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make decisions in time-sensitive situations. Commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving environment. What You Should Know About This Team
