The Airbnb Business Operations team, within Trust Operations, drives alignment, collaboration, and prioritization across our organization and cross-functional stakeholders. We focus on creating and improving processes and programs to enable our teams to work effectively. As a Business Operations Manager embedded at Airbnb, you will lead a wide range of projects with direct impact across the organization. You will partner with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence strategy, drive insights, deliver improvements, and scale upstream changes to improve the end-user experience. You will bring order, structure, and focused management attention to the team’s challenges, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency, and you will serve as a bridge between Trust Operations and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Enablement: Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, preparing executive briefings, synthesizing priorities, and facilitating decision-making Program & Process Optimization: Identify pain points, design solutions, and implement process improvements across the organization Operational Cadence: Lead the planning and execution of business ceremonies—monthly and quarterly reviews, leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and annual planning Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge Trust Operations with internal and external partners, translating strategic goals into actionable plans Performance Reporting: Deliver crisp, data-driven updates to leadership on initiatives, metrics, and organizational health Change Agent: Build consensus for key priorities, transforming ideas into compelling narratives and mobilizing teams for action Risk & Priority Management: Organize and prioritize projects, clarify scopes, manage risks, and proactively problem-solve Relationship Management: Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders to drive positive, meaningful change Special Projects: Take ownership of high-impact, ad hoc projects as needed by leadership This position may require some limited travel (0 - 10%) Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Technology / Management 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy or operations consulting, administration, or operations management Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects within Fortune 100 or large tech companies Mastery of technology such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Miro Experience developing executive presentations and working with a global team with competing priorities Proven ability to negotiate in difficult situations with internal and external groups; comfortable with ambiguity Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of identifying business problems and implementing solutions Prior exposure to trust and safety is a bonus Compensation & Benefits
