Digital Product Manager (Healthcare) at Cambia Health Solutions. Hybrid work arrangement with return-to-office implications (3 days per week). Preferred location: Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah. What You Will Do At Cambia (Not Limited To)
Product Strategy & Management: Lead member identity services, data continuity across platforms, communication preferences, and platform integration to support a scalable member experience. Strategic Initiatives Leadership: Oversee platform migrations, improve caregiver and member outreach capabilities, and implement comprehensive compliance and preference management systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with User Experience, Platform Engineering, and Customer Service; coordinate with multiple vendor partners; develop requirements across technology platforms; ensure regulatory compliance (CMS and state requirements). Impact & Growth: Build foundational capabilities enabling rapid feature deployment while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital platforms Experience managing large-scale system migrations and member-facing applications Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare member identity systems Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and healthcare regulatory environment Background in platform architecture and technical product management Experience managing products serving large user bases What We Offer
