Shift

• Day: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Receiving – Apply glad hand lock and wheel chocks for trailers to unload; assist FSQA and receivers with breakdown of pallets for quality checks and transport to storage; place received produce/packaged goods into correct storage; stage according to FIFO and appropriate temperature storage; remove plastic from produce that needs to breathe; notify leadership if product is out of location; create space for inbound loads; keep storage pods free of debris.
• Replenishing – Set floor for decanting and shipping lines per drop list and boxing call out; prepare packaging material for box team, shipping lines, and decanting area; ensure material is available before production runs out; respond to additional material needs; move items for production, warehouse, sanitation, or FSQA; perform pre-break stock checks with production; return unused material to home location; ensure pallets are front-faced, leveled, and plastic-free; organize assigned storage areas.
• Shipping – Check trailers on the shipping dock for trash or non-essential items; apply glad hand lock and chock wheels prior to loading; load trucks per the load diagram with management approval (full load 26 pallets); seal trailers when ready for shipment and record seal numbers on the load diagram; turnover paperwork to leadership.
• Support other Warehouse functions – Assist with any function needed to deliver finished goods to customers; operate certified equipment or assist other departments to complete daily tasks.
• General Responsibilities – Follow all safety procedures, perform pre-shift equipment checks, wear required PPE; follow facility GMPs; sign for equipment used and return at shift end; support SQF and quality programs; be respectful and professional at all times.

Qualifications

• General high school degree, or equivalent (GED acceptable).
• Willing to learn equipment for warehouse duties including manual and electric pallet jack and hand-held scanners.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Salary and Location

Georgia hourly pay range: $19.50 per hour. Location: Atlanta, GA area.
