Join Our Team as a Warehouse Loader!
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Warehouse Loader. This physically demanding role involves hand building pallets of products for various trucks, ensuring order accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving documentation.
You will work with both electronic order systems and order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. A clean and safe work environment is a top priority for our team. Be prepared to work under varied weather conditions and adjust your shift duration based on daily workload requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently load trucks by moving full pallets of products from the warehouse.
Unload raw materials and organize them in designated warehouse spaces.
Select and load packages from the warehouse onto pallets for bulk trucks, ensuring stability and shrink-wrapping when necessary.
Customize product/package selection for route truck deliveries based on sales orders.
This position requires lifting a high volume of cases, averaging between 20-45 pounds, throughout the work period, which involves constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
Main Job Accountabilities:
Operate a power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick audio equipment.
Mark load tickets for any out-of-stock items accurately.
Shrink-wrap pallets once loads are complete.
Submit paperwork for order verification before loading and ensure truck compliance.
Stage completed pallets for loading into trucks.
Put away mixed pallets and complete partial pallets as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
Exhibit regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
