Industry Fund-Raising Type Non Profit Founded 2015 Employees 11-50 About the Role We are seeking a passionate and driven Vice President of Fundraising Campaigns to spearhead a groundbreaking multi-year initiative aimed at fundraising over $100 million for critical healthcare projects. As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will create and execute a robust campaign strategy that not only unites our fundraising efforts but also ensures impactful engagement with donors and stakeholders. Your leadership will be essential as you collaborate with executive leadership, board members, and community partners to elevate the campaign's vision. You will oversee all aspects of the campaign, including campaign strategy, donor engagement, operational management, and team leadership. Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders. Lead and mentor a dedicated team to ensure campaign success. Manage operational aspects, including budgeting and project management. Engage volunteers and board members to amplify campaign impact. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, alongside at least 10 years of proven success in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or campaign management. You should have a strong background in major gifts, planned giving, and corporate fundraising, paired with exceptional skills in relationship building, communication, and analytics. Experience with healthcare philanthropy, capital campaigns, and CRM donor databases is highly desirable. CFRE certification or equivalent experience in nonprofit fundraising will be considered an asset. Travel Requirement: Less than 10% Functions: Marketing Non-Profit Management
