About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Campaign Management to lead a significant fundraising initiative with a focus on finding cures, saving lives, and transforming healthcare in the community. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a multi-year campaign strategy, integrating various fundraising efforts, and ensuring the campaign's seamless execution. This role requires a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-year campaigns, particularly those with a target of $100M or more. The VP will work closely with executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders to drive the campaign vision and will be responsible for all aspects of the campaign, including campaign leadership, fundraising, donor engagement, and operational and team management.

Applicants for the Vice President, Campaign Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or campaign management. Essential skills include a deep understanding of major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation fundraising, as well as exceptional relationship-building, communication, project management, budgeting, and analytical skills. The role also demands experience in managing volunteers, board members, and internal teams to ensure the success of the campaign. Familiarity with healthcare philanthropy and capital campaigns, as well as experience with CRM donor databases, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a CFRE certified professional or have equivalent experience in nonprofit fundraising.
