My client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. This GC specializes in commercial office interiors, life-sciences and healthcare projects, completing roughly $600M in total revenue this past year. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the team and play a key role in their growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Ensure projects meet or exceed all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary
- Review and approve construction documents, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead internal project meetings and coordinate across departments
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years experience in construction Project Management
- Ability to utilize construction management software
- Office Interior project experience preferred
Job Offer
- $150,000 - $175,000 base salary
