We are a full-service breast imaging center in South Bay dedicated to women's breast health. Our mission is to provide the highest quality interpretation for breast cancer detection through the most technologically advanced and innovative solutions. Our goal is to exceed expectations in detection and diagnosis. We offer a comprehensive range of breast imaging modalities tailored to our patients' needs. Our team includes experienced, fellowship-trained physicians specializing in breast imaging and intervention, along with mammography-trained technologists.
Required Skills :
We seek qualified mammography technologists who are passionate about women's breast health. The technologist will be responsible for: (a) operating mammography and ultrasound equipment to obtain 3D images with tomosynthesis units, 3D ultrasound / ABUS, and bone density measurements; (b) performing or assisting physicians with biopsies and wire localization procedures; (c) adhering to MQSA and QC guidelines, maintaining current licensure and CE credits; (d) being familiar with PACS / RIS and EHR systems; and (e) working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
Current California Certified Radiological Technologist certification with a California Tomosynthesis Mammography Certificate.
Minimum Experience :
(a) Knowledge of screening and diagnostic procedures; (b) operation and maintenance of mammography equipment per an accredited training program; (c) ability to learn and utilize computerized patient care management systems; (d) ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively in English.
