Part-time Human Resources Assistant

General Purpose: The Human Resources Assistant serves as a supporting member of the Human Resources team and will perform a variety of routine and complex clerical, administrative and technical work.

Schedule: Permanent Part-time (24 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:

(A) Education and Experience: Associate degree in related field

(B) Minimum 1-year of HR experience

(C) Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with employees, supervisors, community leaders, and the public.

(D) Working knowledge of the principles and practices of modern public administration; working knowledge of human resource administration/development; working knowledge of modern records management techniques.

(E) Ability to prioritize assignments, and to adapt quickly as needs arise.

(F) Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed.

(G) Good organizational skills with emphasis on detail.

(H) Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
