Scope of Performance:
Management and installation roles of large scale on-site industrial projects, engineering, and facility support Key Responsibilities: Conduct jobsite walks, verify work in place (level of completion & compliance with details), and prepare field reports Basic communication and organizational skills, with ability to support technical reporting requirements to PMs to communicate project status or field issues Read & interpret construction documents for any discipline IFC Drawings, IFC Specifications, shop drawings, vendor instructions, or wiring diagrams (e.g. electrical, controls or process/mechanical) Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Office Suite Utilize familiarity with federal processes, regulations, and standards (e.g., USACE, NAVFAC, DoD projects, NEC, ASME) Perform field data collection tasks, such as completing quality control checklists, quantity tracking (take-offs), material receiving inspections, daily reports, and progress photos Ability to follow DOD/DON procedures, policy, and guidance. Education and Experience - Required/Preferred: 5+ years of experience in a major development project, engineering, facilities support, management or installation roles Experience on federal or complex industrial infrastructure projects preferred Experience in mechanical/equipment/piping installation experience at NSF IHD is heavily preferred Mechanical equipment/piping fabrication, inspection and/or installation experience is preferred. Ability or receive and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must complete and maintain Qualification/Certification status. Ability to work off schedule and night shift
