ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in our Logansport, Indiana location.

Major responsibilities:

Ensure all processes are set-up and operating as required by the requirements set forth by Company Policies, Customer Requirements, and Regulatory Requirements Assist in all new process set-ups and changes Identify and execute solutions for improvements in productivity, costs, quality and safety. Look for ways to constantly improve productivity, quality and safety. Ensure that existing product lines are maintained at specified levels. Strive for Continuous Quality Improvement which includes: Reviewing defect reports. Facilitating the resolution of process discrepancies that produce defects or process indicators in customer products. Identifying design and manufacturing issues causing product defects. Assure that all ECO's are implemented. Implementation may require revised work instructions, etc. Develop PPAP documentation associated with new product launches (Control Plan, PFMEA, etc.) Develop and initiate new tooling, jigs, and fixtures for all manufacturing processes Manage multiple projects and priorities in a teamwork environment while performing job functions in a timely manner Provides documentation and technical presentations as required Performs other duties as assigned or required DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Minimum 10 years' Experience preferred Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, along with demonstrated ability to identify and raise concerns Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and track multiple projects to completion TRAVEL: Travel up to 10%
