Docusign is looking for a software engineer to join our development team primarily in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for a software engineer to help build capabilities for the enterprise account administration space. You will be working in a focused scrum team obsessed with creating elegant, yet simple user-interaction for complex workflows that will delight our customers. This person is able to seamlessly integrate into agile teams and work closely with all facets of the organization to achieve high quality results. This role is not eligible for sponsorship. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering. Responsibilities: Ship end-to-end features across our web, mobile, and backend services Build and integrate the REST APIs that power our product Write clean, test-covered code and champion a culture of quality Elevate our engineering standards through collaborative code reviews Automate everything you can, from test cases to deployment pipelines Turn product vision into technical reality in a fast-paced, agile team Job Designation: Hybrid. Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring: Basic Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field December 2024, May/June 2025 Grad Dates Exposure to core computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design Preferred experience building projects (academic, personal, or internship) using an object-oriented language such as Java, C#, Scala, or Python A strong interest in or aptitude for backend development, including building and consuming APIs Proactive, problem-solving mindset Familiarity with modern development tools, including Git for version control and an understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing Exposure to mobile development fundamentals (e.g., the Android app lifecycle) Fluency in a second language in addition to professional English proficiency (especially Japanese) Wage Transparency: Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $94,600.00 - $137,875.00 base salary.
