Key Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing assets for both digital and print: signage, flyers, ads, social content, apparel, packaging, etc.

Take part in creative strategy sessions to brainstorm concepts, develop themes, and storyboard visual storytelling
Provide layout and design support for presentations, sponsorship decks, pitch materials, and internal communications
Guide and mentor interns in design best practices (no direct staff management required)
Manage projects efficiently and independently, from creative brief to final file prep
Coordinate with print vendors, photographers, and videographers as needed
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in a graphic design or visual communications role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); working knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint
Portfolio showcasing strong visual design, branding, and creative versatility
Ability to work on multiple projects across varied brand voices and business types
Experience working with brand strategy or messaging is a strong plus
Clear communicator who collaborates well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
Why Join Us
You’ll be designing for a truly unique business family: from high-octane motorcycle dealerships and off-road events to innovative sports complexes and concert venues. Every day brings a new creative challenge. You’ll be part of a growing in-house team with strong leadership support and a real stake in shaping the brands of tomorrow.
