Executive Assistant

Requirements Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant; experience supporting C-suite executives is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with other productivity tools (e.g., project management software or CRM tools) is a plus. Organizational Abilities: Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
