Hiring Range: $76,327.60 - $100,179.98 This is an exempt (salaried) position. Pay rates are based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity. Internal equity consideration included an assessment of the applicant's salary history and qualifications in comparison to the market rate and requirement for the job. This role is on-site 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a Grant Funded Position through February 28, 2026, with renewal options through February 28, 2029 based on available funding. About Us

Provide program oversight, fiscal and quality compliance of the Health Resources & Services Administration(HRSA) EHE grant. The incumbent is responsible for the overall assessment, planning, implementation, supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the HRSA EHE Grant. Specific accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to, sub-recipient monitoring, assessing program progress, implementing best practices; and coordinating community service activities to achieve a continuous reduction in new cases of HIV diagnosis through the Treat and Respond pillars of the EHE Plan. Essential Functions

Provides needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs associated with the HRSA EHE grant. Monitor goals, objectives and outcome measures for programs and ensures compliance with the County and State guidelines. Prepares required budgets and other monthly, quarterly & annual reports as required by HRSA and Health Department. Prepares and submits request for proposals(RFP) for posting as opportunities present to identify subrecipients for service delivery. Ensures identified problem areas are clearly defined, and corrective action is planned and implemented within specified time frames. Ensures thorough review of memorandums of understanding, agreement addenda and grant contracts, seeks guidance from appropriate county and management resources, and ensures legal requirements are met. Promotes staff development through education, performance reviews and identification of mutual goals that enhance professional goals. Participates in community level planning to develop partnerships and areas of collaborative practice to ensure community needs are met; represents the MCPH within the community and to outside agencies; provides leadership within the Department. Demonstrated ability to make independent judgments consistent with current training and protocols. Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of six years of public health, healthcare and/or regulatory experience; and one year of supervisory experience or completion of an approved supervisory training program. Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted?: Yes Licenses and Certifications
