Construction Project Manager

Job Title Construction Project Manager Pay: 140-170k. Location Santa Monica, CA About the Role My GC client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee two upcoming commercial building projects in Santa Monica. More work nearby and throughout Los Angeles. This role is with a well-established general contractor known for providing excellent training and long-term career growth. Immediate need. Responsibilities Lead all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout Oversee day-to-day operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination Manage field staff and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations Build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Procore Ensure timely and accurate use of Procore for project documentation, reporting, and communication Directly develop project schedules where required (ability to build your own schedule is a major plus) Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally onsite Qualifications 5+ years of proven project management experience with a general contractor Strong background in commercial construction projects Proficiency with Procore (primary platform) Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling; ability to build schedules independently preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Compensation Base salary range: $140,000 to $170,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package offered
