Position

Warehouse Associate (Loader/Unloader) – 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment in a safe manner
• Sorts, loads, unloads, and handles freight from over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers, and/or straight trucks
• Uses hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts as part of loading/unloading tasks
• Works with different departments to meet business demands
• Communicates issues related to loading/unloading to the supervisor
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of systems and technology
• Participates in daily inventory processes, audits, and discrepancy research
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
• Performs additional duties as assigned (may vary by client requirements)

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet operational and customer demands
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
