Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Office Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks across departments. The Office Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, assisting with day-to-day needs, and ensuring that projects and requests from executives are carried out efficiently. Office hours are 8am - 5pm with the potential to create a flexible schedule for the right person who can perform as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to executives and staff across departments.
  • Manage office tasks such as making copies, filing, preparing materials, etc.
  • Organize and maintain common office areas, ensuring spaces are clean, functional, and well-stocked.
  • Coordinate lunch orders, catering, and other office events or gatherings.
  • Assist in managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
  • Support various office projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
  • Perform other related duties to support the overall efficiency and success of the office.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
  • Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally (supplies, boxes, etc.).
  • Regular in-office presence required to support day-to-day operations.
