This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. It offers outdoor work and customer interaction, with a path that can lead to a career with us as a Driver or opportunities in other roles, while also providing flexibility and a chance to earn extra income.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships with our customers
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory
• Maintaining safety as a priority while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Building long-term relationships with the customers you deliver to
• Maintaining the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need:

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with optional stool or ladder, and stamina to stand and walk for a full shift; lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns appropriately
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
