Job Description
Receptionist – Private Country Club
A distinguished private country club located in Rochester, MI is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and prior front desk or administrative experience.
Schedule:
· Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
· Greeting and assisting members and guests in a courteous and professional manner
· Answering and directing telephone calls on multi-line phone system
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and packages
· Managing reservations, inquiries, member requests, calendar management
· Providing administrative support to management and staff
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies
· Ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role required
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency with phones, computers, and office software
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
· Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation:
· Hourly wage: $16.50 – $19, based on experience
