We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

Responsibilities:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your duties will include:

Greeting clients and patients warmly, both in person and over the phone

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar

Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to inquiries

Checking patients in and out, and handling payments

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information

Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized

Communicating effectively with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:

Previous receptionist or customer service experience (veterinary office preferred)

A genuine love for animals and a desire to help people

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude

Basic computer proficiency (experience with veterinary software a plus)

Ability to remain calm and compassionate in stressful situations
