Shifts Available:

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 days Week 1, 3 days Week 2) - 2 Openings
• Shift 2: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (4 days Week 1, 3 days Week 2) - 2 Openings

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Graphic Technicians to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves preparing, mixing, and maintaining ink to meet production needs, ensuring color accuracy and quality throughout the printing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production schedules to determine required ink types and quantities.
• Mix standard and custom inks; conduct sample runs and color checks.
• Use color measurement tools (color meter/spectrometer) to match customer specifications.
• Label and store inks properly according to safety and operational standards.
• Complete ink inventory paperwork and documentation accurately at the end of each shift.
• Identify and troubleshoot press-related ink issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ink room, storage, and mixing areas.
• Adhere to company safety regulations and work procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in ink mixing and color matching.
• Ability to accurately perceive and distinguish color.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with Flexographic Press operations.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs), standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and perform repetitive physical tasks.
