As a Barista & Bakery Counter Associate, you'll:
- Greet customers warmly, present drink menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
- Take guest orders while paying attention to details, ensuring accuracy and customization.
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, lattes, and specialty beverages following The Sicilian Baker's signature recipes.
- Serve beverages and bakery items with an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
- Monitor and restock bakery display cases, ensuring an appealing selection of baked goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including coffee and drink-making equipment.
- Assist with restaurant support as needed, helping maintain an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and compliant workspace.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, caf, or restaurant preferred.
- Valid food handler's card (or ability to obtain before starting).
- Strong customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
