Job Description

This role combines administrative and clerical support with basic IT troubleshooting and payroll/timekeeping duties. You’ll work closely with management and field staff to support scheduling, payroll processes, and technology tools used in daily operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Clerical Duties:

  • Answer and route phone calls and emails from clients and staff
  • Maintain and organize employee files and client records
  • Handle data entry, filing, and general office management
  • Order office and janitorial supplies as needed

Payroll & Timekeeping Support:

  • Assist with weekly payroll processing
  • Communicate with supervisors to resolve timekeeping discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate attendance records

IT & Technical Support:

  • Provide basic tech support to office staff and field employees (mobile apps, email, logins, etc.)
  • Assist with maintaining office equipment (printers, computers, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role (2+ years preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes (Knowledge of ADP a plus)
  • Comfortable with computer systems, mobile apps, and basic tech troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Reliable and able to handle confidential information
