Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, particularly in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft 365 applications, as well as experience in using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in managing users in both Active Directory and Azure Active Directory and troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Technical Support: Provide first-line support to clients for all technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Active Directory: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Azure Active Directory: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure Active Directory.
- Windows Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops and laptops, including hardware and software problems.
- Client Support: Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and emails from clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on client endpoints to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and client interactions.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to clients on the effective use of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and seamless IT operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft 365 and related technologies to continually improve service delivery.

Education and Experience:

· Previous experience in an IT support role, particularly within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, is highly desirable.
