Your Role Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist Assist residents with mobility and functional goals through guided therapy sessions Track and document progress accurately and efficiently Provide education to residents and caregivers to support long-term recovery Work collaboratively with rehab and nursing teams to promote optimal outcomes Maintain compliance with state and facility protocols What We're Looking For Current
California PTA license
(required) Current
CPR certification Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a resident-first mindset Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting We Offer $40/hour starting rate Full-time benefits including: 401(k) with match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) Holiday pay
