They are seeking a dynamic and experienced PACS Manager to help lead our enterprise-wide PACS consolidation initiative. This role is critical in transitioning from five disparate PACS environments to a single, unified platformSectrasupporting over 2 million imaging studies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the PACS consolidation project across multiple facilities and service lines. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with Radiology, IT, Clinical Operations, and vendor partners to align goals, manage expectations, and ensure clinical readiness. Project Oversight: Drive project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management strategies to meet critical milestones. System Integration & Optimization: Oversee data migration, interface development, and workflow redesign to support the transition to Sectra PACS. Operational Excellence: Establish governance, performance metrics, and support models for the new enterprise PACS environment. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to PACS analysts, imaging informatics staff, and cross-functional project teams. Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in PACS administration or imaging informatics Proven success leading large-scale PACS consolidation or migration projects Experience managing 1M+ imaging studies in a multi-site health system Strong track record of collaboration with Radiology stakeholders and clinical leadership Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Sectra PACS (preferred) or similar enterprise imaging platforms Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, IHE standards, and integration with RIS/EHR systems Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and imaging data lifecycle Leadership & Communication: Exceptional project management, communication, and change leadership skills Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
