Overview A Boutique High-Growth Data Service Firm is looking to hire a Controller to report to Group CFO/CAO.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial transactions related to general ledger and financial reporting. Run and manage annual audit. Forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances. Lead forecasts, monthly variance analysis, free cash flow, operating plan, and five-year long-range plan. Support strategic financial and treasury planning and new business policies. Play an active role in evaluating, developing, implementing and documenting new accounting policies and procedures to respond to changes. Assist in completion of tax filings working with outside CPA firm. Monitor and review all accounting processes to ensure controls. Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, and undertake other special projects as requested by the CFO, VP and SVP of Finance. Take ownership of financials and adhere to deadlines. Manage and supervise accounting staff. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must; Master's is a plus; CPA is needed. Minimum 10 to 15 years of accounting experience with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with comprehensive accounting and technical skills. Experience in financial consolidation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and analyze variances.
