Responsible for full financials and consolidations through general ledger, including monthly operating financial statements Lead forecasts, monthly variance analysis, free cash flow, operating plan, and long-range (five-year) planning Support strategic financial and treasury planning and new business policies Maintain relationships with outside banks, lenders, and auditors, ensuring accurate reports and coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and support strategic initiatives Support the Group CFO/COO and Controllers on key finance projects, treasury analysis, and ad-hoc requests Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Manage capital expenditure reporting Analyze debt reporting to lenders Prepare monthly management financial statements and working papers Collaborate on adhoc projects, including financial impact for transactions or M&A Work with external service providers including auditors to assist in annual audits and tax returns Requirements
8-15 years of accounting/financial experience Strong GAAP knowledge—financial statements, balance sheet, income statement, and consolidations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s and CPA a plus Treasury and/or debt finance experience Experience with Netsuite ERP Self-motivated with ability to work independently MS Office proficiency, especially Excel Problem solver with attention to detail Seniorita level
