Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer Overview: We are seeking a career-minded and advancement-focused Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their rapidly expanding consulting practice. This role is central to their exciting portfolio of projects, including sewershed rehabilitation, new sewer design, water distribution, treatment plants, and pump stations across the Mid-Atlantic. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient, self-motivated professional ready to lead designs, manage project elements, and contribute to a high-performing, employee-owned team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and perform engineering design for water/wastewater projects, including systems analysis, hydraulic design, and rehabilitation planning. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including preparing and updating project schedules and budgets. Develop construction documents, including contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Analyze survey reports, GIS data, maps, and drawings to effectively plan projects. Conduct quality reviews of project designs to ensure they meet all client specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers. Attend client meetings and assist in documenting meeting minutes and action items. Requirements: Education Bachelors degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Experiences 5-10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering. Demonstrated experience with hydraulic design, sewer rehabilitation, and/or pump station and treatment process design. Proven proficiency with design software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, and MS Project. Experience in preparing engineering reports, specifications, and construction documents. Other Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A firm grasp of heavy construction principles. MUST HAVE:
