Application Packaging & Deployment Engineer - SC Cleared - 6 months - Remote (Gloucester) - Inside IR35 Our client, a major player in the UK energy sector, is seeking an Application Packaging & Deployment Engineer to join their team on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for packaging, testing, and deploying applications using SCCM and Intune, ensuring efficient, standardised, and compliant software delivery across the enterprise environment. Responsibilities
Perform application packaging using AdminStudio, InstallShield, and PowerShell. Maintain application naming conventions and packaging standards. Migrate Legacy applications to MSIX or Intune-based deployment models. Deploy and troubleshoot applications via SCCM and Intune. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to end-users. What You Will Ideally Bring
UK SC Clearance (active and in-date) - essential. Proven experience in packaging applications (MSI, App-V, Intune). Strong hands-on knowledge of SCCM (Current Branch). Scripting expertise in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Conditional Access. Contract Details
Duration: 6 months (view to extend) Day Rate: Up to 325 per day (Inside IR35) Location: Remote (Gloucester) Start Date: ASAP
