Receptionist/Admin Assistant contract-to-hire opportunity with a client in Downtown Houston, TX.

Position Details

Job Title : Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Location:

Houston, TX 77002

Duration : (Part-Time, Contract-to-Hire) about 25 hours per week

Pay Rate : $26.44-$30/hour

Parking : Paid garage

Work Schedule:

Part-Time : Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

Board Meeting Days : 8:00 AM-2:00 PM

Fridays : Flexible hours

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who:

Has 1-3 years of experience in a corporate admin, office coordinator, or manager role

Demonstrates strong initiative, adaptability, and a team-first mindset

Is ready to grow and take ownership of the role

No degree or industry experience required

Key Responsibilities

Front desk reception and administrative support

Calendar coordination and meeting prep

Office organization and supply management

Assist with internal communications and team support

Support board meeting logistics and documentation

Pay Details:

$26.00 to $30.00 per hour
