Office Relocation Assistant - Up to $25/hr

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our logistical transition, ensuring a smooth move from Somerville to Waltham, MA. Your efforts will include organizing documents, coordinating with vendors, assisting with equipment reformatting and disposal, and supporting other administrative projects. This temporary position offers a mix of remote work and on-site assistance, fostering a collaborative and impactful experience.

Availability to work on scheduled dates: 9/22, 9/23, 9/30, 10/1, and 10/3

Required Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Comfort with physical tasks such as packing and light lifting Familiarity with basic office technology and computer reformatting Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage logistics Nice to Have Skills: Experience with office moves or logistical support Knowledge of data security and equipment disposal procedures Previous administrative or support roles in nonprofit settings Basic tech troubleshooting or hardware experience Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior administrative or support experience preferred
