Position Summary
Jet Excellence is search for an Owner Services Associate to play a critical role in supporting aircraft owners and flight crews under FAR Part 135 operations.
This position acts as the liaison between aircraft owners, passengers, flight crews, maintenance teams, and operations control to ensure smooth and efficient trip planning, flight scheduling, and accurate contract invoicing. The role demands a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and operational awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule flights for aircraft owners in accordance with FAA part 135 regulations Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, delivering high-level customer service and operational support. Prepare and distribute flight released and itineraries to flight crews and owners Support trip planning by coordinating ground transportation, catering, and special requests Be the subject matter expert on the aircraft contract and operation Track and review owner flight activity vs charter activity and apply the correct cost structure based on the contract Work closely with aircraft owners and management to address questions or disputes related to flights and billing. Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or related field, preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in owner services and aviation operations Familiarity with FAA regulations, especially Part 135 operational control requirements Experience with flight scheduling and dispatch platforms (JetInsight, FOS, Avianis, etc) Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-service mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet owner needs Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a 24/7 operational environment Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional travel may be required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, if applicable.
