Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and results-driven Office Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of process and change management, and the skills necessary to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative functions and manage office operations for optimal efficiency across multiple locations. Lead and supervise a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Handle accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding payments. Ensure patient records are maintained in compliance with privacy regulations. Coordinate scheduling, patient communications, and office supplies management. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity. Assist in training new staff and provide ongoing support to the team. Manage payroll and ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with upper management to meet business goals and improve office performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial and operational success. Oversee P&L management and drive financial performance. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of dental management experience Strong understanding of process and change management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong teams and develop effective processes. Extensive knowledge of KPI tracking and P&L management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and financial processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
