HVAC Foreman
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead installation and service teams on commercial and/or residential projects. The HVAC Foreman will oversee daily field operations, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate HVAC crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and service work. Perform hands-on HVAC installation, service, and repair work as needed. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Enforce job site safety standards and company policies. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to HVAC technicians and apprentices. Communicate project updates and issues with management, contractors, and clients. Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory on site. Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC installation/service experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential HVAC systems, codes, and best practices. EPA 608 Certification required; additional HVAC or safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, NATE) preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. What’s Offered
