HVAC Installer/Service Technician

and take your career to the next level! We are looking for skilled, reliable, and customer-focused professionals to install and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship and attention to detail make a real difference to homeowners and businesses alike. Key Responsibilities: Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and associated components. Read and interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications. Measure, lay out, and assemble ductwork and piping systems. Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal operation. Maintain compliance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards. Keep job sites and vehicles clean, organized, and safe. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members. Accurately complete job-related documentation and paperwork. Mentor apprentices and support team training initiatives. Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs. Qualifications:

Requirements: 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred; entry-level applicants considered for apprentice roles. EPA Section 608 Certification (or ability to obtain). Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces (attics, basements). Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC tools, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: NATE certification or other recognized industry credentials. Experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Sheet metal fabrication skills. Why is This a Great Opportunity:
