Front Desk Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruiting is assisting out client in Phoenix, AZ with hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant on a contract to permanent basis. In this role you will be answering phone calls, greeting clients and guests, and manage the front office area.

General Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, issuing badges, and directing guests to appropriate areas

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally

Maintain visitor logs and enforce access control procedures

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

Maintain and update internal directories and emergency contact lists

Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers

Enter and track data related to equipment usage or fees

Schedule meetings and manage shared calendars

Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, and filing

Support internal events and assist with special projects as needed

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of two years' experience in administrative and front desk support roles

College coursework or a bachelor's degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Eagerness to learn new systems and processes

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams

Professionalism, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
