Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (1-Month Contract) Location: Downtown Seattle, WA Contract Duration: 1 Months Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Pay Details:

$23.00 to $24.00 per hour
