Do you want to gain in-depth knowledge of California's energy system and work toward the energy transition? Decisions about the future of natural gas are on the cutting edge of California climate policy. Under the direction of the Program and Project Supervisor, you will conduct analyses and advise high level decision-makers on topics related to Senate Bill 1221 (Min, 2024). These topics include mapping priority neighborhood decarbonization zones, identifying cost-effective non-pipeline alternatives to planned gas system upgrades, and conducting community outreach.
