Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases

Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Stock shelves and ensure product displays are well-maintained

Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

Basic computer skill

Pay range: $17/hr - $19/hr
