LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate for our client in Albuquerque, NM. The opening is for an Legal Assistant in the company's legal department. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated with the college degree related to law, or have a year or more of administrative support in a law office. In this role you will be supporting in house General Counsel with generating NDAs, review and edit contracts, and manage all files. Job duties: Coordinate and track incoming task requests, collaborating with leadership to ensure timely completion Review standard requests and proposed document changes for alignment with internal guidelines and templates Manage communications and deliverables with external consultants, ensuring records are current in internal systems Organize and tag company documents for proper storage and retrieval Monitor contract management tools to identify agreements requiring follow-up actions such as renewal or termination Maintain documentation and files related to ongoing legal matters and insurance claims Assist in developing workflows and templates to streamline task management processes Collaborate with global support teams to delegate and manage technical or administrative requests Your qualifications should include: 3+ years of legal administrative support experience, or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - primarily Excel worksheets for tracking purposes Effective written and verbal communication skills and stellar customer service skills Data entry skills Pay Details:

$29.00 to $33.00 per hour Benefit offerings:
