Top Secret Cleared System Administrator
All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared System Administrator - Mid - Senior level to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. This position is contingent upon contract award (expected October 2025). The selected candidate will support IT networks, systems, and initiatives with activities that include information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security. The team you will join is also responsible for the development, implementation, and subsequent operations and maintenance of new applications each fiscal year. The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the FBI mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services daily to perform mission-critical work. These applications require responsive, effective, and specialized technical expertise to limit disruption to FBI operations. Duties may include but are not limited to: Support the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret/SCI) that enables users to collaboratively perform their work using a variety of tools and applications. Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages Schedule installations and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels Ensure workstation/server data integrity by implementing appropriate software and hardware solutions Ensure data/media recoverability through system backups and database archive operations Develop and promote standard operating procedures Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards and configurations Develop and maintain comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration databases Support analytical tool infrastructure Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities Respond to and resolve critical incidents within designated resolution timelines SAFe 6.0 Facilitation Support (contract support PM & Agile team support): Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first aligns teams to focus on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second aligns teams to focus on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA). Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Mid Level, 8-10 Years Senior Level Skills/Certifications: Mid-Level Windows and Linux operating systems Windows Active Directory Virtualization technologies (VSphere, VXRail, Proxmox) Basic network configuration and troubleshooting System monitoring and performance tuning Backup and recovery procedures Security patching and updates Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) Senior-Level Complex multi-enclave environments Advanced system security hardening High-availability system configurations Disaster recovery planning and implementation Advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution System automation and orchestration Performance optimization techniques Capacity planning and resource management Security accreditation processes Additional Technical Experience Cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S) Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Configuration management tools LDAP/OpenLDAP, ADFS, Keycloak Elasticsearch, Splunk, and other data platforms DevSecOps practices and tools SAFe Agile methodologies Experience as a scrum participant and software release processes Available to work after hours when mission requires Communicate work using SMART Experience with virtualization technologies Understanding of security requirements in government environments Strong understanding of multi-enclave environments Senior level: Demonstrated experience managing complex systems in government environments Must be able to respond to critical incidents within designated resolution timelines Security Clearance: US Citizenship required. Active, current, and fully adjudicated (no interim) US Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. May be required to take CI Polygraph.
