Benefits Representative
LHH is partnering with a client that is looking for a customer-focused and organized Benefits Representative to join the HR team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and concerns. You'll help ensure smooth administration of health, retirement, and wellness programs while delivering exceptional service and support. Responsibilities: Respond to employee inquiries about benefits plans, eligibility, coverage, and claims. Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in the HRIS system. Support the annual open enrollment process, including communications and troubleshooting. Coordinate with benefits vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure accurate service. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Educate employees on available benefits and wellness resources. Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation related to benefits programs. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Details: Job Title: Benefits Representative Location: Kansas City, MO Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Compensation: $20-24ph.
