Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement and automation. EIT Analytics is responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify data and reporting needs, leverage insight and capabilities to simplify data structure and reporting, delivering an improved experience while increasing focus on risk management. Responsibilities

Turning data into insights to tell a story; present large amounts of data in a visually insightful way that can be easily digested by an executive audience.

Compiling and organizing data regarding issues or business processes needing improvement

Transforming large datasets to identify patterns and summarize insights to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Designing & developing analytics models, algorithms and analysis

Collaboration with key stakeholders and SLT to understand business needs.

Delivery of data needs at various levels of end users.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelors degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration

5+ years of relevant work experience

Experience with large number of different data storage solutions and understanding of efficient usage.

Mastery of Python and Tableau

General Job Description

Responsible for performing data management, complex analysis, and modeling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposures. Provides data / IM, analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of databases, performance reports for senior mgt. Manages the review and analysis of trends in current population distributions and recommends strategies. Directs the development of more complex databases, program models to extract data and use databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Oversees the data design, analysis of portfolio trends, concerning credit score cutoffs, loss trends, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Integrates the analysis team with other corporate units to insure alignment of analysis with business strategies and objectives. Responsible for hiring and training Risk Analysis Specialist and Risk Analysis Analyst. PhD, Masters degree, or large data experience preferred; Programming experience like SQL, SAS preferred; 7+ years experience. Skills

US - NJ - Pennington - 1600 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 6 (NJ2600) Pay and benefits information Pay range $114,500.00 - $173,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
