The Business Development Associates Program (BDAP) is a 2-year full-time rotational program designed to provide broad business development experience across the company. Participants gain exposure to senior management, mentoring relationships, and a strong alumni network within the company, in a dynamic learning environment. Successful completion positions individuals for potential career growth and leadership opportunities within the organization. The starting compensation for this job is a range from $118,000 - $129,000 incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). Final compensation is determined based on demonstrated experience. Key Responsibilities

Gain exposure to the Corporate Development and Transactions sub-departments in Business Development. Learn and support various deal types and projects by developing skills to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic corporate initiatives. Work on projects within M&A, divestitures, in-licensing, out-licensing, our Equity portfolio, and more. Be part of teams responsible for assessing, recommending, and executing strategic deals and agreements that support growth and market leadership. Engage in a tailored program designed to leverage academic background and personal interests while contributing to BMSs mission and strategic goals. Qualifications

Candidates are expected to receive an MBA during the current school year, graduating by Spring 2026 and ready to start June/July 2026. Minimum GPA: 3.0. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. Immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of work experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to communicate and adapt messages to leadership audiences. Ability to adapt quickly to influence decision making and to work effectively in a matrix organization with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership potential and a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork. Financial modeling skills and the ability to learn financial/accounting software. Strong time management, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team. Compensation & Benefits

The starting compensation range is listed above for a full-time employee basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. The starting pay rate considers job characteristics, location, and experience. Final compensation is based on demonstrated experience. Eligibility for specific benefits varies by job and location.
